PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES PREVIOUS MEETING OF:
Commissioner Fitzpatrick made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of January 9, 2007, seconded by Commissioner Klein; the motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Chairperson Macro appointed Commissioner Klein as a voting member to replace Commissioner Peter Jennings.
OLD BUSINESS:
A.) Draft Guidelines for Historic District Commission were distributed and discussed in detail. Members are requested to review and provide final comments at the next meeting. This would be followed by a distribution/display at public locations and a Public Hearing.
B.) Chairperson Macro explained the criteria for open space under the Village District Zoning which has a design review component and should be explored by Historic District Commission and Zoning Commission.
ADMINISTRATION
Chairperson Macro read a letter from the Building Department to Mr. & Mrs. Bellizzi requesting that a permit be applied for the 2 sheds currently on the property. The set back and need to obtain approvals from Historic District Commission and Inland/Wetlands Commission as outlined.

Commissioner Fitzpatrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:35p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Pitcock; the motion carried unanimously.
